Watercress ruled by the Moon

Watery by name, watery by nature. There are less moon herbs than for most of the other planets. These I harvested in a run off beside the stream running down to the sea at Lamorna.

I managed to leave all I had collected behind on the bank, not discovering it until I returned home. Meditating on this, Luna revealed to me I was to harvest her at her fullness, the following week. And so it was.

Soft and subtle, she ebbs and flows, waxes and wanes.

Describe her one day, and she'll have changed by the next time.

Water Cress was often mentioned in old early Irish nature poems:
"Water Cress, little green-topped one
On the brink of the blackbird's well."
